Energy and protein Clarou's sponge cakes are a mix to quick and easily elaborate sponge cakes based on whey and soya porteins with instant whole grain oat flour, with delicious chocolate and vanilla flavours.

Clarou's sponge cakes are a rich in beta-glucan fibre source. This type of fibre consumption in 3 daily grams helps to regulate digestion and to preserve the normal cholesterol levels. Besides, it contains whey protein concentrate, which provides a quick asimilation protein source. This makes the Clarou's sponge cakes a good option to be taken after the workout. It also contains soya protein isolate with a complete aminogram, which is recommended for the preservation and increasing of muscle mass; as well as its recovery after the workout.

How to use

Oven: Preheat oven at 180ºC. Dissolve the entire package content in 100g in 100ml of water. Mix with a blender until the product is perfectly mixed. Oven druing 20-25 minutes at 180ºC. Optionally, milk can be added in stead of water and 1 egg to increase the protein content.
