Clarou protein pudding contains 75% protein of high biological value that is important to maintain muscle mass and regeneration after an intense workout. Ovalbumin, which is one of the ingredients, has the highest biological value protein because it envelops all the essential amino acids in significant quantities; also it contains gelatine, which is another source of protein.

It is a healthy alternative to classic dairy desserts, since the latter contain high amounts of fat, for they are usually prepared with whole milk and sugar. How to use

Mix with a hand mixer 20 g (2 scoops dispensers filled) with 100 ml of cold water. Put in a suitable mold or cup and let it cool for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Unmold turning it over or eat directly. RDD: 40 g or 2 servings
