The exquisite Clarou's muffins are a healthy, nutritious and delicious snack to take at breakfast, mid-morning, at snack or pre-workout before exercise as it provides gradual release energy and protein, which will also help keeping glucose levels in blood for longer, and thus avoid the typical snacking between meals.

It brings energy from oat flour rich in beta-glucans and fibre. Additionally, it contains whey protein and ovalbumin that contribute to the daily increase of amino acids and proteins of high biological value.

Regarding vitamins, it is highlighted the group B (water soluble) B3 and B9, which contribute to the proper growth of skin, hair and nails, as well as the proper functioning of the nervous system. And regarding minerals, it contains calcium, potassium, sodium, magnesium, iron and phosphorus, which helps us maintain a correct micronutrients profile.

Just add milk to the Clarou's muffins mix and introduce it a few minutes in the oven to get traditional muffins with 2 delicious flavors: chocolate and cinnamon.

How to use

In the oven: Preheat oven to 200 ° C and prepare muffins molds in the oven tray. Dissolve 100 g (4 dispensing scoops) in 100 ml of water. Mix with mixer until proper homogenization. Placing in the molds and bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 ° C. Let cool. Optionally may be added skim milk instead of water to increase the amount of protein and carbohydrates.
