Vegetable rice protein
Vegetable rice protein

Rice protein is of plant origin, so it is a good substitute for milk proteins for strict vegetarians or vegans, and with a natural extraction to get a protein with a high protein content of 80%.

It has high digestibility value even greater than the peptide animal because size is smaller. It is also free of allergens such as gluten or milk.

The excellent amino acid profile of rice protein provides an alternative to soy and whey protein providing all the essential amino acids the body needs to maintain and increase muscle mass. With 24g of protein per serving of 30g, rice protein is an excellent source of protein with healthy fibre satiating effect and minimal fat and cholesterol.

Precisely for this reason, it would be perfect to be included in a post-workout protein shake, or a snack, as it also provides us with carbohydrates.

It can be found in neutral flavour to be added to any recipe or smoothie or a in nice chocolate flavour.
