The soya protein isolate is a highly refined form of soya protein with a minimum protein content of 80%. It is made from defatted soya flour, which most of its non-protein components are removed: fats and carbohydrates.

It is known that soya protein is one of the best vegetable proteins with biological profile, since it has a very rich aminogram.

It is a very good choice for strict vegetarians or vegans, as it is one of the most bioavailable and better amino acid profile plant proteins, and people who do not consume animal foods are more likely to be eating protein deficiently.

On the other hand, it also offers an alternative for protein intake in the pre- and post-workout.

Gluten free, so celiac disease or gluten sensitivity people can consume it ; and milk.

How to use
