Hyperproteic Clarou pancakes are prepared to quickly and easily develop pancakes based on egg whites with instant whole oat flour, with delicious chocolate, strawberries and cream, cheesecake with blueberries and orange with honey flavours.

Clarou pancakes are rich of beta-glucan fibre source (thanks to its content in oatmeal). The consumption of this type of fibre in amounts of 3 grams per day helps us to maintain stable levels of cholesterol and regulates intestinal transit. Besides it contains ovalbumin, which is the reference protein with the best amino acid contribution. They are also rich in vitamins and minerals such as vitamins B1, B3, B9, regulatory especially the nervous system, and the minerals calcium, potassium, sodium, magnesium, iron and phosphorus.

Clarou pancakes do not contain lactose, a feature that helps to improve digestion and allow consumption to people with lactose intolerance.

How to use

Mix 50 g (2 scoops) with 100 mL of water and shake in hand mixer. Preheat a frying pan and add a small amount of oil or butter for a better result. Pour the mixture into the pan and spread it evenly. Cook each side for about two minutes or until lightly browned.
